WHO WE SERVE

While the Workforce Board ultimately serves the entire community by participating in the development of a strong, literate, highly skilled and versatile workforce, it more specifically serves the job-seeker community by providing access to available and affordable training opportunities and inroads to career pathways; and serves the business community by coordinating education pipelines and career pathways for successful linkages between job demand and supply.

The Workforce Board also serves as an intermediary offering advocacy services to the business community, coordinating workforce development plans with the Workforce System and assisting with the development of pipelines to career advancement.
